If the DLC is properly installed, you will see it on the world map in the southern hemisphere. But in my download tab it says I don't own any of the three dlcs, so nothing is showing up in game. Feral Store and other download stores
Double-click on the LEGO® Batman™ 3: Beyond Gotham Application icon while holding down the Command (⌘) key. The LEGO® Batman™ 3: Beyond Gotham pre-game Options window will appear.
Select the DLC tab.
A list of available DLC will appear. Scroll down the list to the one you wish to purchase and click the View in the Feral Store button.*
You will be taken to the Feral Store page for the DLC you have selected. Once you have purchased it, you will receive a DLC key in an e-mail.
Click on the Activate my DLC button in the DLC tab.
Enter your DLC key into the six empty boxes.
Click the Activate Online... button. A dialog box will appear confirming that your DLC has been activated.
Click OK. The DLC will now be enabled in your copy of LEGO® Batman™ 3: Beyond Gotham.
* If you wish to purchase DLC from an alternative download store, you can do so and resume the instructions from point 5.

Lego Batman 3 Beyond Gotham features several hubs for the heroes in the game such as the Batcave, the moon and the hell of justices. In this game individual character is able to use many unique abilities related to their comic book powers and talents. For example, Superman can fly, Flash is faster than the other characters.
